We don't need an easier life.

We don't need an easier life.
📸 Bert Willaert

If we only do what's easy, then we will slowly lose the will to live. We need challenges and a purpose to work towards to. Else, our spirit withers. Resilience is built through strength-training, not through silver spoons and retreats.

Instead of avoiding stressful experiences, we can optimize stress to help us achieve our worthy ideals.

How do we match our stress response proportionately to the actual threat, so that we don't make our life miserable and so are of those around us? How do we actively direct our attention on selected situations and meaningful goals instead of chaotically responding to random things that come our way? Mindfulness and meditation.

We don't need an easier life, we need to take life easy
            through the training of our mind, body, spirit, and heart;
      meditate and expand.

I am making posters! If there's a line somewhere in these blog posts that you want to have on your wall or gift to someone, let me know and I will turn it into art. Maybe (≈චⰙච≈).

Also upon request, I want to expand on some articles that I wrote. If you are curious to learn more about a topic that was mentioned, let me know and I will write them in a future blog. Maybe ฅ(=චᆽච=ฅ).
