Say this during an identity crisis:

I love myself.

I trust myself.

I honor myself.

I value myself.

Try saying each sentence aloud and check in with your body whether you believe them. Locate where the words get stuck. Then breathe in deeply, hold, and breathe out into your heart. Imagine your out breaths are weaving life into your heart and continue until those words become a bit more alive in your body.

I hope little by little, this helps...

No matter what happens, please be persevere on loving yourself unconditionally. Refuse to ostracize your own self and doubting your own humanity. Live with the sheer determination that even if the world doesn't sympathize, you will be there for yourself. You are capable, loveable, kind, and precious.
